Tai Chi at the Memorial Hall (Tuesday evenings)

Tai Chi and Qigong are exercise systems which promote healing and vitality; you really can make positive and lasting changes to your emotional, physical and spiritual health. There are many positive effects of practising these wonderful, slow movements. Maybe you need to improve your balance, coordination or strength. Maybe you would like to feel more relaxed, meet new friends, or find a new hobby.

I’m a Tai Chi and Qigong teacher with over 20 years experience and have classes in West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire. I run flexible classes that will hopefully fit around your work and family commitments. There are no fixed term dates, you can come to any of my classes whenever you can, stay for as long as you want to, and you only pay for the time you are with us.

My classes are informal and friendly. Whoever you are and whatever your background, just come, make new friends, relax, learn and enjoy.

Tai Chi classes are held in the Memorial Hall, Tuesday evenings at 7.30.
