School sign/warning lights

I first reported this problem, AGAIN, to OCC and Christopher Marks (Christopher.Marks@Oxfordshire.gov.uk)on the 14th February 2017. I received this reply on the 15th, next day.
“This has been forwarded to the OCC Street Lighting section for their attention/action.”
“Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period.

Well, my oh my, what a result..... The signs have already been hit and knocked back to where they were before last weeks repair. When, Oh When will the tall post be relocated on the other side of the road?

Just looking back at my email archive I started reporting this problem with OCC way back 15th November 2015. Please residents of Shiplake Cross if you are concerned about the safety of children at Shiplake Primary School go to https://fixmystreet.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ and bombard them with reports, go on I double dare you......

I was told at a later date that the signs and posts would be swapped from one side to the other. They are being hit by HGV's with overhanging machines going to business's based in Kiln Lane. You can see the tyre marks on a dry road. At one point they stopped turning right into Kiln Lane from Memorial Avenue and started coming down from Binfield Heath but this didn't last very long. I really can't think of any reason why this problem is taking OCC Highways such a long time to solve........
